  • R2E2 – Produces large fruit. Best eaten while still firm. Is also popular in Thai cuisine eaten green.
  • Kensington Pride (Bowen Special) – Famous for their sweet, juicy summer flavour.
  • Mahachanuk (King Thai/ Rainbow Mango)* – Very popular in Thailand. Produces elongated yellowish/orange fruit with pink blush. A fibrous, sweet mango to eat.
  • Brooks – Produces oblong green/yellow fruit. The flesh is yellow with a mild sweet flavour.
  • Sensation* – Late season mango. Sometimes considered a dwarf variety of mango tree. The fruit is oval in shape and dark plum red in colour. Flesh is light yellow.
  • Isis – Early to mid season fruiting. Oval fruit with yellow-red skin.
  • Kent – Oval fruit with rich, sweet flavour. Green-yellow colour with red blush as it matures.
  • Alphonso – Golden yellow fruit with a tinge of red.
  • Palmer* – Produces large fruit that is yellow with red blush when ripe. Flesh is yellow with a mild aromatic flavour.
  • Florigan – Produces small yellow fruit with yellow flesh that is sweet, mild and non-fibrous.
  • Tommy Atkins – A thick skinned fruit with juicy but firm evenly coloured deep yellow/orange flesh.
  • Keow Savoy – Originating in Thailand it produces oblong dark green fruit.
  • Zillate – A fibreless late variety with medium sized oblong fruit. It has yellow aromatic flesh.
  • Early Gold – Golden skin when mature. The flesh is sweet, non-fibrous and aromatic.
  • Chok Anan – Also known as a Honey Mango produces light yellow oval fruit. The flesh is sweet.
  • Keitt – Produces green fruit with red blush and yellow sweet but tangy flesh. Bears fruit a couple of months later that KP varieties.
  • Nam Doc Mai – The most popular mango in Thailand. Produces golden yellow fruit with fibreless sweet flesh.
  • Irwin* – The skin develops to a deep red colour at maturity. The flesh is sweet, aromatic and non-fibrous. The tree is sometimes described as a dwarf mango tree.
  • Glenn* – Bright yellow skin when mature. The flesh has a mild, sweet, peachy flavour.
  • Carabao – The skin is bright yellow tinged with green when mature. The flesh is rich yellow and tender and very aromatic.
  • Strawberry* – Late season mango. Sometimes considered a dwarf variety of mango tree. The fruit is oval in shape and dark plum red in colour. Flesh is light yellow.
  • Ivory Elephant Tusk – Fruit is long and thin. The flesh constitutes 82% of the fruit and contains very few fibres.
  • Falan* – A Thai mango that typically stays mostly green when mature. Fruit is oblong and small to medium in size. The tree could be considered a dwarf variety.
  • Harumanis – Vibrant green skin with yellow showing through when mature. It has yellow flesh with a strong, sweet aroma and flavour with a slightly bitter aftertaste. It is mostly non-fibrous.
  • Pickering* – Often described as a dwarf variety of tree. It has vibrant orange skin and a non-fibrous sweet yellow flesh.
  • Lemon Zest – Orinating in USA this yellow skinned mango has the typical mango flavour with lemon tang.
  • Allison Red* – Also known as a dwarf Bowen Mango as the fruit resembles the Kensington Pride flavour.
  • Cotton Candy – The fruit is known for its sweet flavour and the aroma is like cotton candy. The skin is green / yellow.
  • Bambaroo – An improved variety of the Kensington Pride/ Bowen mango tree.
  • Honey Gold – Golden apricot skin with yellow/orange flesh that is firm and sweet.
